About the Role:

Fever is looking for a Freelance Producer to liaison between Fever, vendors, and venue for a large-scale, outdoor immersive experience in South Seattle. This is a full-time, seasonal position from mid-September to mid-November.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage budgets of different scales
• Onsite venue contact Monday through Friday
• Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required
• Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Manage productions and help execute plans onsite
• Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
• Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and onsite coordination and execution
• Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
• Research new vendors, technologies, experiences
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts

Schedule & Pay:

The contract will be for 2 months, starting in mid-September and running to Mid November. Weekdays holidays and weekends will be asked to work depending on production timelines and deliverables. The schedule could vary based on ticket sales.

Rate: Will be discussed during the interviewing process.

Required Skills:

• You can work autonomously and at your initiative
• You are a strong leader used to engaging with the public and managing staff.
• You have 3+ years of previous experience in a management position for an experiential pop-up event, amusement park, or hospitality establishment with high foot traffic.
• You are legally allowed to work in the US
• You know how to plan your own time appropriately to maximize business performance
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are highly motivated and with a high energy profile.
• You are based in the South Seattle area area
