A week before the Technical Orientation, confirms with the WoW Program Management team and WoW Facilitators:

Deliver the relevant WoW instructions, documents, links, etc. to the WoW-host countries, line managers, IT managers and WoW participants

Manages the process for production of video, animation and images for multiple parallel projects

Directly manage editors, graphic artists, motion designers, and flame artists to produce client-facing material and final deliverables on schedule

Minimum 4 years experience working as a Producer in the field

Knowledge of CETA iCFM and Shotgrid software a plus

Assist in submission prep; reviewing and creating callouts for MLR submission, working closely with account and project management team members

Help drive User Experience deliverables including Site Maps and Wireframes, ensuring they meet target user and client business objectives

Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Strong knowledge of UX concepts, processes, and its best practices (background launching websites from conception through go-live)

Excellent communication skills between internal and external teams, translating perspectives and organizational challenges related to projects

Assist with QA/ UAT processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects

Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and onsite coordination and execution

Minimum 2 years’ experience editing & writing digital sports content

Proactively propose original, timely and innovative stories covering New York sports.

Write on various events (games, practices, etc.) and provide articles in timely manner covering the key news/storylines of the day.

Promote content with journalistically accurate, creative, engaging and SEO-friendly headlines.

Willingness to work on holidays is required.

Contribute to the creative process, assuming day-to-day management of the project workflow with a focus on print and digital production

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (AfterEffects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.) preferred

Proven experience as a Producer or Junior Producer.
