Job Summary

The Operational Insights Specialist will help drive and execute the Real Cadence platform throughout the organization. This position will help deliver on our brand standards for retail, culinary, and patient, ensuring we provide a consistent daily experience for our clients, caregivers, and guests. The Operational Insights Specialist will provide the necessary support and end-user training for the Real Cadence platform.

Real Cadence is the virtual coaching system that provides instant operational insights into our business with the ability to track and complete targeted actions in real-time, helping us move from clutter to clarity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Establish consistent best practices across our business. Illustrate what right looks like to help teams comprehend and execute effective methods for reaching peak performance
• Perform coaching (reflections) for each assigned account to improve real cadence results and increase completion and acceptance rates to drive participation
• Communicate actionable insights and other essential metrics to help drive proactive decisions rather than reacting to issues as they arise
• Track actions in real-time. Allowing you to connect with unit teams to ensure actions are completed as planned and in a timely manner
• Partner with the Insights Manager to drive real cadence participation in a specified division utilizing expert knowledge about Morrison Healthcare company goals for retail, culinary and patient programming
• Provide on-the-spot virtual coaching. Specialists will use the system to offer feedback about what right looks like and give insights to enhance overall operations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Two - three years of supervisory experience in food or hospitality industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, with the to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Potential of 5% travel

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with technology platforms
