15+ years of experience in Food or Beverage manufacturing

Experience with Capital Budgets and managing contractors

Prefer candidates with refrigerated plant experience-Ammonia experience required

BS degree and preferably an MBA

Leadership over multiple manufacturing plants for Continuous Improvement and Reliability

Strong exposure to TPM, Lean or similar CI programs

At least five years of management experience in a service transactional environment is essential.

Program Management Skills to drive initiatives across a national organization, gaining buy-in from executives and high levels of engagement.

Lead large-scale change management initiatives, implementing best practice methodologies to re-engineer systems and processes if needed.

Demonstrate expertise in large-scale program management.

Initiate and oversee business transformation and productivity initiatives to improve operational execution and enhance customer experience.

Must hold a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification.

Proven execution of agile project management methodologies

Prior consulting experience at a well-established consulting firm and proven expertise operating as an independent consultant

Experience with large scale transformations

Exposure to cost reduction and cost optimization within product manufacturing

A background in the life sciences space (pharma, biotech, med tech)

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities for the Operational Excellence Manager:

Education, Certification, Computer and Training Requirements:

Appropriately enters orders and schedules appointments in the Practice Management System (PMS) and EHR.

Effectively communicates problems, concerns or issues to the Office Supervisor/Manager appropriately and promptly.

New York State Nursing License and BLS certification required.

0 – 1 years experience. 2-4 years experience preferred.

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall program management is preferred

Communicate program updates to the core team, to functional management, and executive leadership both internally and externally

Manage leadership stakeholders and present at executive management forums

Experience working in team environments is required.

Specific experience managing complex system programs with multiple sub-projects as part of a complete solution is required

PMP or similar certification is highly desired

Bachelor’s degree in business management, sport management, or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.

Create performance and coaching artifacts for each vertical, partnering with the Knowledge Management and Training team on coaching support resources.

At least three (3) years of contact center (preferably in a quality role), project management, analytics, leadership, or related experience.

Aggregate and analyze reports to identify gaps in performance and offer recommendations for process, product, or training improvements and efficiencies.

Ability to be objective and influential in developing others and improving the customer experience.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills that set and achieve high expectations for the team.

Provide cross functional process accountability & standardization in key areas – labor planning, inventory management, operational planning, and freight management.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field.

Partner with Distribution Operations, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and Commercial leaders to deliver business plans.

Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Must be confident and comfortable reaching across functions and levels in the organization.

Excellent broad supply chain experience that can be leveraged to proactively identify problems & facilitate solutions with the business team.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.

Work can be done remotely and does not require to be physically located in any particular location

At least 1 year experience with Salesforce CRM

Experience with Salesforce quoting (CPQ)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Provide accurate price quotes and assist with proposals.

Professional certifications and/or experience especially helpful in the field of; Lean, 6-Sigma Green Belt and Change Management.

Project management capability with effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities

Consult with Regional and other OPEX Managers to identify best practices and to simplify and standardize work to deliver improved performance.

Knowledge of production operations either in a food processing or other manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and implement organizational and cultural change and deliver results

Be a recognized role model in key leadership development skills of feedback, coaching, listening, empowerment, and difficult conversations
