- Maintaining customer satisfaction through focus on quality service problem solving;
- Assist inbound calls in navigating the website, troubleshooting issues, logging in, and resetting passwords;

- HS Diploma and 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Knowledge of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) and/or related Wagner-Peyser (WP) Act;
- Experience reading and interpreting federal guidance notices;
- Experience with producing timely deliverables;
- Experience with problem identification and resolution techniques;
- Experience with multi-tasking;
- Time and task management skills

- Skills in interpersonal relations and customer service
