We are looking for a CFO to join our client! The CFO must have an ability to work well with the CEO, and other senior executives, Group Board & Company's ownership. With strong analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills, we are looking for a candidate with a combination of industry and European companies' experience. This is the perfect role for an experience CFO looking for a challenging role at an established company. In this role you will support the Company’s strategic objectives through effective management of the company’s finances, whilst minimizing any risks to the business.

This is a hands on role, so you need to be adaptable and flexible in approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Handle all relationships with vendors
• Enforce staff compliance with company policies and state and federal laws
• Requirements
• Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades
• International Experience is highly preferred
• Recognize and control insurance requirements and business risks
• Govern accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Examine the organization's operations and determine if cash flow is appropriate
• 10+ years' management experience
• 15+ years' experience in accounting or finance
• Understanding Cost Accounting
• Strategically manage the accounting and finance functions
• MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred
• Oversee independent auditor relationships
• Own process improvement for the integrity of a company's financial information
• Handle investor and investment institution relationships
• Supervise all personnel in the finance department
• Superb organizational and leadership skills required
• Hire, train and retain finance and accounting staff
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
