Define innovation and new to world pipeline and build the case to support the plan

Develop, implement and optimize growth drivers for Tanqueray trademark.

Base Salary Range: $124,440.00- $177,120.00 /yr., actual pay will be based on relevant qualifications and experience

Min.5 years of relevant experience Marketing Loyalty / Analytics industry

Experience in Software Consulting or in Application Solution architecture

Knowledge of SaaS and Loyalty Marketing Solutions

Gather customer technical requirements and recommending solutions

Roadmap enhancement, following competitive offerings (e.g. Aimia, LoyaltyOne, Kobie Marketing, Epsilon, Oracle)

7+ years of management experience in Professional or Technical Services, preferably within a SaaS model

Project Management Certification (i.e. PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master)

Developing business strategy with respect to proceeding of business engagements, plan execution, and personnel management for optimum target utilization

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current product offerings

Experience collaborating with international teams and remote team members

Collaborate with other Regional Delivery Leaders to align around Global Process Consistency and delivering a consistent Best-in-Class Delivery experience

Strategically manage the accounting and finance functions

15+ years' experience in accounting or finance

Supervise all personnel in the finance department

Recognize and control insurance requirements and business risks

Hire, train and retain finance and accounting staff

International Experience is highly preferred

·Manage commissioning and installation of storage systems
