Job Description

The Role:

Due to huge growth at our Best of Omaha, #1 luxury brand dealership, we are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting activities associated with increasing consumer financing and product penetration within the Business Office of ONYX Automotive.

  • Provides Best in Class customer service throughout the process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving Performance Standards of the Department.
  • Assist in the timeliness, accuracy, and communication with regard to all required reporting.
  • Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provides a thorough explanation of extended warranties.
  • Process and complete each deal accurately and completely in accordance with guidelines.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant business practices within the Business Office.

What you bring to the table:

  • Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciling processes.
  • Be meticulously detailed in all duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to read and comprehend information, and perform complex calculations.
