Finance Manager Jobs

General Purpose

This role is responsible for volume and revenue forecasting, management of checkbook trade funds and interfacing with key stakeholders to ensure proper stewardship of trade spend funding. This role is critical to drive accuracy of trade spend through accurate pricing submissions, checkbook spend settlements and reconciling customer trade spends and post audits. This role will also provide analytics around checkbook trade fund risks and opportunities and rate reconciliation with Shared Services. This individual requires strong partnership with ability to influence Sales, PRGM, Shared Services, Forecast COE, and external customers. This position will work with the Apollo/Craft system for customers, participate in productivity and process improvement projects and will be instrumental in driving change. This also include working with system reporting tool.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for checkbook management, CPA files, CTM program development, and any brand funded activities
• Communicate with and lead cross functional team to gap solve and implement any potential changes.
• Participate in Special Projects.
• Make a determination on the financial accuracy of trade spend in our financial tools and CTM, if applicable
• Lead weekly forecasting and trade spend calls with Sales and collaboration with PRGM
• Strong influencing skills required with the Sales teams on trade fund compliance, analytics, gap solving and Apollo/Craft system updates
• Analysis of customer trade funding and volume and profit forecasts to Identify R&O in trade spending accruals and business performance projections and develop recommendations to solve
• Strong partnerships with Sales, PRGM, Customers, and Shared Services to communicate and influence forecast, pricing and trade spend risk/opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting
• 3 Years / Preferred Level: Greater than 5 Years
• MBA and/or CPA
• CPG or beverage experience preferred
