Job Description
OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.


Requirements


Responsibilities and Duties


We currently have openings for File Clerk with 1-3 years’ experience with files management and maintenance. You will be responsible for organizing both paper files and digital files. You will be responsible for updating files as necessary as well as ensuring availability for staff.


  • Maintain the files database
  • Maintain the files library and associated database
  • Some responsibilities will include:
  • Create and update records with new files and information
  • Check incoming files
  • Handle requests for files access and check-in/check-out with staff


Qualifications And Skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance
  • The investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • One (1) to Three (3) years of experience (experience with federal contracts is a plus)
