Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company near Plaistow NH that is searching for an Accounting Clerk. This is a Contract to Perm opportunity paying up to $21/hr. The client is highly motivated and looking to interview and start ASAP. This position will sit within the accounting team and be responsible for auditing and managing paperwork in reference to commissions and deals.

The responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk will include but will not be limited to:
small audit checklist to make sure all requirements are met - paperwork, contracts, titles
  • Review any trades in inventory to post to appropriate locations
  • Make sure when the deal is complete, all the funds are collected and cashed out to the location
  • Maintain sales tax spreadsheets in Excel
  • Review salesperson commission reports and turn into the payroll department
  • Make sure the deals are posted to the correct dealer location
  • Responsible for verifying all correct sales tax is collected for each location
  • Post the deals into accounting, record deal on the Cash Position Sheets
The ideal candidate for the Accounting Clerk should have experience that meets the following requirements:
  • Good data entry and Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
