We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / File Clerk to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Utilize keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners to transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
Enter customer-provided data accurately and efficiently.
Create error-free spreadsheets containing large amounts of figures.
Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
Thoroughly review incoming paperwork, such as correspondence and invoices, making copies as necessary before distribution.
Organize and sort all papers alphabetically and categorize them according to content, dates, and significance.
Maintain and update records with new files and relevant information.
Safely store all paperwork in designated locations, ensuring the security of important documents.
Requirements And Skills
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk / File Clerk.
Strong knowledge of filing systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
Excellent command of written and oral English.
Familiarity with office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of databases.
Outstanding attention to detail.
High school degree or equivalent.
