POSITION PURPOSE:

The Facilities Manager for White Light Behavioral Health will manage the maintenance of our facility and create a safe and efficient work environment that creates a safe environment where patients can receive the optimum care. The Facility Manager understands all aspects of the physical property, supports day-to-day business operations, ensure efficient operation of facilities, mitigates risk, and ensures that facilities meet the needs of clients and staff. Will serve as designated safety officer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Submission of bids to COO for review and approval
  • Supervising security and cleaning
  • Providing site support
  • Serves as designated safety officer
  • Accountable for leading a WE CARE culture that focuses on our mission to provide a transformational influence to patients and their loved ones.
  • Scheduling renovations
  • Handling minor maintenance issues as they arrive
  • Budgeting and estimating costs
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Maintaining the facility layout
  • Managing waste disposal
  • Vehicle inventory and maintenance
  • Other duties assigned by Executive Director
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
  • Training staff on safety procedures
  • Overseeing contractors and maintenance staff
  • Managing the online maintenance ticketing system.
  • Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduation from High School or GED preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 years facilities maintenance and safety officer experience preferred.
