Job Purpose and Scope:
Under general supervision, gives oversight and management to newly constructed facilities and ongoing maintenance of existing facilities. This position will work directly with Facilities Management, Market Presidents, and Banking Center Managers; assessing facility needs and implementing plans of action to address these needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversees acquisition, installation, and service of various equipment such as security equipment, communication equipment and other Bank equipment.
- Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Coordinates with Facilities Management, Market Presidents, and Banking Center Managers on opening new offices, closing offices, or relocating offices, both staff and property.
- Supervises the coordination of new facilities construction, existing facility remodels/up-fits, and maintenance at various Bank locations, working with various contractors, vendors (i.e., janitorial, HVAC, landscape, etc.) and Bank staff.
- Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
- May coordinate Emergency Preparedness/Disaster Recovery plans with all facility managers within assigned facilities.
- Coordinates with the Bank’s Facilities and Security Management to inspect all facilities for general physical security (i.e., alarms, cameras, lighting, etc.).
- Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
- Reviews, monitors, and submits invoices and expenses related to these facilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
- Working knowledge of Construction Management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Working knowledge of Facilities Management and Facilities Maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with exacting deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in Facilities and/or Construction Management, Property Management, or related field, required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
