Responsibilities

• Any additional duties and responsibilities requested by management of the Company.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain, implement, and audit security procedures.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat electricity, etc.) and refurbishments.
• Manage maintenance vendors and negotiate pricing.
• Allocate office space according to needs.
• Supervise Facilities employees (custodians, technicians, etc.) and external contractors.
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Handle service contracts.
• Perform facility audits and compliance standards.
