About this Position: As the Facilities Coordinator you will oversee the effective day to day upkeep and functionality of Becklar’s various office locations, currently located in Ogden, UT, Rexburg, ID and Cedar City, UT under the direction of our Chief People Officer. You will ensure that the facilities are in clean, proper working order and are available for effective 24/7 use. You will maintain the physical offices spaces, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment that is line with Becklar’s We Care FIRST culture. You will also oversee outside contractors to ensure work is done timely, within budget and in a professional and quality manner.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure safety standards are followed throughout facility.
  • Act as liaison between the company and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies; reorder as needed.
  • Maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Receive, manage, and process requests; ensure problems are resolved quickly.
  • Ensure facilities are in proper working order and available for use.
  • Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
Skills We're Looking For
  • Acute attention to detail and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • At least two years of related experience required, educational experience in a related field applies
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and external vendors
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with decision-making capability
