WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE

DICK’S Sporting Goods has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Regional Facilities position for the mid-south region. The ideal candidate would work remotely, but live near a major airport. This position is responsible for the coordination of repairs and maintenance services at store locations within the assigned region. ***In addition, the position will require significant travel to store locations approximately 1/3 of the time, covering anywhere from 120-150 stores.

  • Manage all maintenance vendor relationships
  • Assist in the development of an annual budget for store repairs and maintenance expenses, capital repairs, upgrades and service agreements
  • Manage projects and analyze proposals
  • Assist store locations with all manner of maintenance and repair issues
  • Invoice analysis
  • Determine warranty status of each issue

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Familiar with building management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
  • Negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical & energy management systems
  • Experience in facility maintenance management or construction management
  • Knowledge of general property management systems
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Project Management is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000 – $138,200
