Job Description
We are currently seeking Remote Coordinators who have a deep passion for travel to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes. In addition, you will provide tourism services and organize package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Our ultimate goal is to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty for future services.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and offer guidance on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Establish and maintain professional networks with tour operators.
  • Handle any issues, complaints, or refund requests that may arise.
  • Attend seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends in the tourism industry.
  • Provide travelers with pertinent information, brochures, and publications, including guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events.
  • Utilize promotional techniques and develop marketing materials to effectively sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Make transportation bookings, hotel reservations, and handle payment collection.
  • Plan and promote transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.


Skills:


  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Fluent in English; multilingualism is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address various situations that may occur.
  • Possess strong sales skills and a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of the travel industry.
