The position oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution in support of the organization’s strategic initiatives. This is a strategic role responsible for developing and implementing strategies to operationalize effectiveness of the organization, preparing executive presentations, leading strategic cross-functional projects and executing on various programs.

In this role, you will lead a team of technical and project management professionals, establish operational strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of the company’s technology operations.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities % TIME

Lead strategic development and implementation of large cross-functional strategic projects to reach successful outcomes. Ensure that initiatives remain on schedule, tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

Drive the strategy and execution of operations-focused programs to drive efficiencies and process improvements

Create and update dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators and provide recommendations to leaders to improve organizational effectiveness

Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth technology adoption and integration within the organization. Provide leadership during times of change, communicating the benefits and guiding teams through the transformation process.

Acts as a point of contact between senior leadership and employees or other stakeholders on key projects, priorities and business initiatives for the respective business they are supporting

Manage and mentor team focused on execution of asset and resource management across the technology organization

Prepares and facilitates senior leadership team meetings, sets agenda, provides insights, and provides analyses to inform strategic conversations

Consolidates and synthesizes information across the business into digestible reports for the Chief Technology Officer and technology executives to make informed business decisions

Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information and drive the PDLC that delivers completed software products to clients while ensuring, Sales, Marketing, and CX are aligned

The salary range for this role is $149,100 to $294,000. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
