Who you are...

You have a strong background in designing and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, cultivating emerging talent, and mentoring culinary associates. A proven ability to create and maintain a budget and have the ability and desire to continuously reinvent yourself. This position calls for someone who has a passion for delivering excellence at all levels and who can thrive in a fast-paced/high-volume environment. A minimum of 5 years of advanced culinary and kitchen management experience required.

What you will do...

The Executive Chef leads culinary operations in multiple venues that include our formal restaurant, fast-casual café, catering, and seasonal outdoor dining. You’ll create exceptional culinary experiences for our residents and must demonstrate a wide range of experience from banquet production, casual dining to high end dining.
