Overview An Executive Restaurant Chef is responsible for the overall management of a restaurant kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and budgeting. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, as well as ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards.
