Job Description
Position Description: This position will perform diverse clerical duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making for the Bank's Executive Officers. This position will function further in various customer service roles related to administration and follow-up support for business loan and deposit relationships. Position Responsibilities: Manage organizational calendars; Planning, Invitations and Set up
o Board Meeting set-up conference calls or in-person
o All-Staff Meetings
o Off-site meetings
Attend committee and board meetings, record minutes, prepare written summary of the minutes on a timely basis Function as Liaison to the Board of Directors Proactively manage Executive and Board travel, itineraries, meeting planning based on trip guidelines. Provide administrative support to Executives as needed. Be point of contact for building maintenance and projects. Coordinate ordering supplies for the bank. Manage and maintain confidentiality of personal information.
Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers of the bank. Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in executive interactions.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Handle regular activities without prompting and advise in advance of issues or delays.
Provide regular status updates on projects. Perform routine tasks such as those related to staff meeting communications, dial-ins, room set up and report collection/distribution. Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -
~ College Degree preferred or at least five or more years of clerical or administrative experience.
~ Professional, refined profile with expertise in administrative or related functions; experience working for senior executives and proven ability to meet their expectations with accurate and efficient delivery.
~ Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, strong memory, and work style and ability to focus and conduct business with few errors/misses.
~ Superior organizational skills.
~ Excellent PC skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to generate high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization; proactive and polished manner.
~ Strong ownership, positive attitude and strong initiative.
~ Excellent telephone etiquette. Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Depending on location and time of year, extreme high and low temperatures within the building will be experienced. BSA Requirements:
It is the responsibility of all employees to make all reasonable efforts to identify suspicious cash activity which may be associated with customer attempts to avoid the reporting requirements of the BSA or government or federal tax reporting, as well as potential money laundering resulting from criminal / illegal activities. All suspicious activity, regardless of the amount involved in the transaction, must be reported to a supervisor or Branch Manager for further investigation and possible reporting by the Bank Secrecy Officer to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
No director, officer, employee, or agent who reports a suspicious transaction under the requirements of the BSA may notify any person involved in the transaction that the transaction has been reported.
Each employee of the bank shall be required to complete Bank Secrecy Act / Suspicious Activity training periodically which is commensurate with the duties of their position. $24.50 - $33.40
