How you'll make an impact


The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide dedicated executive support to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The individual will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CEO's day-to-day activities, as well as communicating with internal and external parties, coordinating essential projects and events, and anticipating the CEO’s needs.


The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, high degree of comfort with change and ambiguity, and a proactive mindset. The individual must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and effectively manage shifting priorities and schedules. The individual must maintain an extremely positive attitude and exhibit the highest level of responsiveness. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent administrative and organizational abilities.


What you'll do


  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills by proactively anticipating the needs of the CEO and providing timely support
  • Thoroughly review and reconcile monthly credit card statements to ensure the accurate and timely submission of expense reimbursements
  • Effectively collaborate and maintain close coordination with fellow executive assistants to ensure alignment of priorities and streamline operational efforts
  • Coordinate and provide comprehensive support for all- company events and programs, encompassing meticulous planning and logistics, efficient scheduling and communication, and seamless on-site coordination
  • Support complex family arrangements, personal projects, and external professional engagements, including coordinating events, scheduling, transportation coordination/ engagement, and serving as primary point for external vendors contractors.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain the CEO's professional and personal calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.Skillfully coordinate complex travel arrangements, encompassing flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation logistics.


What you'll bring with you


Required Experience


  • Past roles that required: management of confidential information with utmost discretion, adaptability around competing demands, and demonstrated ability to consistently provide the highest level of service and responsiveness.
  • Referenceable exceptional interpersonal skills and success cultivating relationships with various stakeholders, such as, board members, external partners, and investors.
  • Proven experience that demonstrates the ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree


Preferred Experience


  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Experience providing support to C-Level Executives
  • Proficient in working with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Expensify, DocuSign, and Adobe Pro

Our Benefits


The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000- $95,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and variable bonus plan. Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
