Job Description
Overview:
Foot Locker is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to be based in our New York Office.
The role will be Hybrid, but you must have flexibility to come into the New York Office (Manhattan) as needed.

This person will be supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership Team when they are visiting the New York Office. This is a fast-paced matrix environment where you will provide dedicated support in scheduling, travel/itinerary management, and New York office meeting and event coordination. As the Executive Assistant you will confidently communicate, collaborate, and interact with senior-level team members and external vendors to execute key multi-faceted administrative tasks. The ability to take initiative and remain extremely organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient is important. We need someone with strong customer service and interpersonal skills that exudes self-motivation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate in-person, virtual, and off-site companywide or NY based meetings, events, and appointments including event set up, guest/vendor access to building and approve Boardroom and CEO conference room meeting requests.
  • Provide executive leadership with extensive and continuous domestic and international travel management, reservation and expense management, event registration and detailed meeting plan management.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems, screening and handling incoming mail and phone calls, orders and other duties that may be assigned.
  • Manage communications, which includes answering phone calls, managing mail, taking messages, or fielding/answering routine and non-routine questions.
  • Complete accurate and detailed expense reporting and maintain expense reports in Concur.
  • Ensure that executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Oversee replenishment & maintenance of NYO executive suite (beverages, snacks, restrooms, supplies, shredding,)
  • Acts as a representative of executive leadership and conduit for internal and external relations and correspondence.
  • Support executive leadership with urgent and sensitive projects. along with presentation development, database management (Excel), limited project management.
Qualifications:
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency under minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated customer service and team-orientation.
  • Advanced working knowledge of computers and experience in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft 365 & Teams preferred.
  • Maintain confidentiality and effectively exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrate, on a consistent basis, initiative, resourcefulness, good judgement, professionalism, adaptability, poise, organization, and flexibility.
  • Communicate confidently and at a high level with internal and external partners.
  • Work with internal and external partners in a professional, respectful, cooperative, and courteous manner.
  • Minimum of 5 years executive support experience. Experience handling the C-Suite is highly preferred
  • Experience with medium to large retail and/or customer facing organizations preferred.
  • Thrive within a fast-paced environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads and complexities.
  • Experience handling internal and external communication with vendors, board members, etc. highly preferred.

Benefits:
The base salary range is $35 - $45 / hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
