Job Description

sbExperiential, LLC (SBX) is a growing experiential event marketing company based in Cornelius, NC. SBX conceptualizes and builds out a variety of interactive experiences at the country's largest sporting events and festivals for Fortune 500 companies. Yearly events include: Super Bowl, College Football Championship, NCAA Final Four, ESPYs Awards, NFL, PGA, MLB, and NASCAR races.


SBX is seeking an Executive Assistant to our Founder and President. If you thrive under pressure, can organize chaos, and move at the speed of the events business with a smile and confidence- we’re looking for you. Must have at least one year EA experience and any experience with Quickbook and/or Concur is a plus. Your work will be partly remote, but you must live local to our Cornelius office for meetings and minimal in-office duties.


Responsibilities include:

  • Occasional event planning
  • Daily itinerary
  • Project management
  • Chaos Management
  • Calendar Management
  • Inbox management
  • Expense Management (for team)
  • Time management / organization
  • Personal support (appointments, reservations, dining, etc.)
  • Travel arrangement
  • Note taking

  • Asana
