Job Description

What We’re Looking For:


The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to an SVP. The Assistant will engage with stakeholders of all levels both internally and externally to coordinate complex events, meeting logistics, travel coordination and assist leaders with administrative duties.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:


  • Assist compiling powerpoints, agendas, meeting minutes and updating internal communication channels such as distro lists and intranet pages.
  • Handle all administrative duties for the assigned leaders. This includes calendaring, booking complex domestic and international travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and submitting invoices.
  • Schedule all internal and external events and meetings on behalf of the assigned leader (including occasional team events), taking exceptional care of all logistics (e.g. setting up calendar invites and zoom rooms, answering event questions, etc) for all engagements.


Things That Should Be In Your Background:


  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google apps (preferred)
  • Able to juggle multiple, competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, English or other related field
  • Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Zoom
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment a plus
  • Enjoys taking initiative to build strong relationships
  • Experience working with senior executives a plus
  • 0-1 years of experience in a corporate setting (internship experience welcomed)


While this position is open to remote candidates across the U.S., we will prioritize those who live in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area and who are available to come into our Headquarters in Lanham, MD at least three- four times a week.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($65,000 -$80,000), with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
