Job Description

Work days/hours

  • Needs to be able and willing to work after 5pm (1-2 hours) during week and on a Saturday (2-5 hours) as needed.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm standard.


Duties

  • Maintain MS outlook
  • Maintain Google calendar and keep me on schedule.
  • Perform/Assist with both work and personal projects.
  • Drive me to/from meetings/appointments.
  • Service Vehicle as needed.
  • Help me prepare for meetings, attend meetings to take notes and help me debrief after.
  • Maintiain MS To Do
  • Run errands.


Pay

  • Hourly
  • Rate will depend on person/skills/interaction
