PEOPLE PARTNER – REMOTE/IN OFFICE (Denver, CO/Remote US/CAN)

We are looking for a People Partner to focus on our Corporate and EverCommerce Payment Functions. Our Corporate Functional Groups are the teams that service across the brands such as marketing, IT, the People Team, Finance, Legal, & Corporate Development. Functional Group’s customers are the go to market employees. Our EverCommerce Payment functions includes the Paysimple brand and focuses on bringing integrated payment solutions to the customers we serve across all industries.


  • Enables employee engagement and a values based culture by analyzing survey feedback to extract and present trends, advise on business-led engagement initiatives, PI training and support , etc.
  • Partners with leadership teams for North America business units and serves as a bridge to People leadership.
  • Supports People Operations and cross functional people enablement projects in areas including compliance, data analysis, process optimization, etc.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Works collaboratively with HRBP’s to support the strategic direction on all aspects of HR including solving business problems, company-wide talent initiatives, and implementing the business’s HR strategy with business priorities to drive to results
  • Guides and collaborates with HRBP’s and People management, business managers and employees to improves and develops the culture and organizational structure.
  • Facilitates all employee lifecycle programs including: onboarding and termination, performance and compensation management, employee relations, training & development, and leave of absence consulting. Provide day to day support through proactive check ins and answering employee questions.
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities while ensuring People priorities align with company's goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives


Requirements:


  • Experience with Workday, preferred
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Has general concept of HR function or HR-related work process.
  • Strong self-motivation, a team player and a quick learner.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Must be passionate about working in HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and Adobe editor.
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree and/or 5+ years equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or Industrial-Organizational Psychology disciplines.


Level: Dependent upon experience


Where:


The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
