Looking for an Event Coordinator with proficiency in Cvent and Salesforce – 100% REMOTE!

Are you a passionate and highly organized individual with a knack for event planning? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are actively seeking a Remote Event Coordinator to join one of our top clients.

As a Remote Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Creating (pre and post) event overviews that relay key attendee data, including member status, location, and professional area.
• Answering ad hoc questions about event attendee trends such as professional segmentation and geography.
• Sending weekly event report that tracks total registration as event approaches.
• Generating salesforce reports that contain key data points used for both analytical projects and marketing campaigns.
• Regularly generating event attendee reports in CVENT; cleans event registration data to ensure accuracy. Researches and makes necessary updates to attendee records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong .3and ability to prepare PowerPoint decks although the major need is data/reporting and coordination.
• Managing data accuracy and slicing data for reporting and other event needs.
• Experience in Salesforce and CVENT; Specific experience using Salesforce. Preparing for events using Cvent.
