Event Intern Jobs

We are looking for a passionate and driven Event Intern to join our team. As an Event Intern, you will assist in planning and executing events that will create memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and logistics.
• Attend and help manage events on-site, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing guest lists, sending invitations, and tracking RSVPs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after the event.
• Collaborate with the team to create event proposals, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

• Passion for event planning and creating memorable experiences.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
