Role Description

We seek a Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this remote role, the successful candidate will drive brand and municipal recycling information services sales. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with our executive team to source and pursue new sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and provide customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of the recycling industry and sustainability initiatives preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• High tolerance for ambiguous situations in a startup environment
