Event Coordinator / Operations Manager

We are looking to hire a Full Time person with Operations, Event Management or Production Coordinator skills for a fast paced, multifaceted and definitely never boring role at Big Deal Ltd. We are the city's only 1920's casino-themed speakeasy event venue and also a casino dealer school.

This job entails staffing and coordinating in-house events both with vendors and clients, ordering supplies, various admin tasks, some light book keeping as well as working events in the evenings. There is also some class scheduling for the dealer school. We are a small business and prefer people who have worked for small businesses previously.

You have to be nimble, organized, focused and energetic. This is client facing as well (no sales though), so please be patient, thorough and kind. ** At least 3 years management experience is a necessity for this job.**

We have a high emphasis on client service and our staff is like family. The job is fun and rewarding as our whole mission is to make sure our clients have a blast!
