Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Sports Event Coordinator who is passionate about sports and travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for sports enthusiasts. You will be responsible for coordinating travel packages for sports events, including sports tickets and hotel accommodations.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Create detailed itineraries for clients based on their travel preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sports events and trends
  • Plan, organize, and execute travel packages for sports events
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed
  • Research and analyze sports events and destinations to create unique travel packages


Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Experience in travel planning and coordination is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Passion for sports and travel
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility in hours and schedule
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
