Job Description

Key Role:

Provide occupational safety and health advisory services by developing and implementing environmental and occupational safety and health (EOSH) regulatory-required programs, processes and procedures for federal aviation clients. Guide the client's organization's health and safety policies and procedures in order to meet organizational objectives and governmental regulations. Develop and deliver regulatory-required EOSH training; perform safety audits at client facilities; develop comprehensive reports to convey EOSH regulatory compliance status to organizational managers and external stakeholders; analyze EOSH reports to identify trends and identify programmatic solutions; coordinate routine EOSH stakeholder meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to domestic U.S. locations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with EOSH or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience with EOSH
  • Ability to create and maintain work products using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Experience with environmental, occupational, safety and health laws, regulations, practices, and protocols

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
  • Experience working with federal government managers, employees, and programs
  • Possession of excellent communication skills to be used in responding to technical questions and performing program presentations
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
