We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused junior water / wastewater treatment design engineer in Redding, California to support our regional team.

As a key member of our Redding team, you’ll have the chance to perform a variety of municipal wastewater treatment and potable reuse engineering work in the initial planning and design phase of projects. Working with members of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll work on projects evaluating and selecting the best treatment approach to solve a client’s challenges and planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements. You will work to build a cooperative partnership between the client and all stakeholders to ensure overall success of the projects. As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to work with different unit processes (primary treatment, secondary treatment, tertiary treatment, disinfection, etc.) associated with wastewater treatment or reuse.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• At least 1 year of progressive experience and knowledge of multiple wastewater treatment equipment, systems, or processes

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

• Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Engineer in Training (EIT)
