Continue ongoing networking with other top Business Development Representatives and Managers that will help grow one’s knowledge base

Entry Level Management Consultant’s Essential Duties:

Professional experience preferred in the customer service, marketing, and/or sales industry

Research each business/company assigned and stay current on other competitors to maintain our lead within the industry

Participates in the design and delivery of presentations on project status and outcomes to management.

Spearhead staffing searches for niche/emerging technological skill sets and/or executive level recruitment.

Present hiring and interviewing recommendations to managers and provide full-service support through hiring process by developing sourcing strategy.

Bachelor's degree from a major four-year university; will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

1+ years experience in a relevant industry

2+ years experience interfacing with clients and candidates

Strong leadership or management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple on-going assignments

Business, Economics, Finance, other social sciences, human and organizational development, logistics/supply chain management, relevant Bachelor of Arts such as anthropology, etc.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Must have a bachelor’s degree by the time the Campus class starts

Experience with Earthsoft's EQuIS data management software or SQL databases

1 years of applied experience using Esri’s suite of software or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience or knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, R)

Develop and manage web maps, apps and dashboards using ESRI’s platform.

Manage project data from various sources such as municipalities, government agencies, laboratories, field staff, drones, satellites, etc.

Experience or academic concentration in Geology or Hydrogeology
