Entry Level Help Desk Technician (2 Week Contract - Starting May 22Nd)

Finchloom, a remote first Microsoft focused, direct Cloud Services Provider (CSP) and reseller of Microsoft 365 and Azure Subscriptions and services, has an immediate need for an Entry Level Help Desk Technician. This is a 2 week project, with the potential for extensions, that would be a great way for somebody to enter into the IT field.

What You'll Do:

• Follow-up with customers, as needed
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Log all help desk interactions
• Redirect problems to correct team/s
• Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, chat or email
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Skills You'll Bring:

• EXCELLENT customer service skills
• An IT degree, IT boot camp certification and/or 1 + years of help desk experience

This is truly an entry level role and would give somebody entry level experience in help desk, service desk and systems roles. The role is initially slated to last only 2 weeks and the shifts available are during normal business hours There is potential for contract extension on this role.
