At Brand X, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Entry Level Graduate Trainee to join our exceptional sales and marketing team.

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Graduate Trainee must have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The candidate should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Graduate Trainee Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.
• Observing and learning from experienced team members.
• Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
• Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
• Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Our office is in Dallas Texas and you'll need to be able to travel to and from the office to our pre-organized events. You'll be working on a self-employed basis and your earnings will reflect your completed sales allowing for competitive, uncapped pay.
