GHD is looking for an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join our team in Houston, TX. As an Electrical Engineer, you will work under the mentorship of experienced experts, contributing to the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems and components. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career individuals to gain hands-on experience and grow within an encouraging and innovative environment.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• CAD and Simulation: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools to build and analyze electrical designs, circuits, and prototypes.
• Design Support: Assist senior electrical engineers in developing electrical system designs, schematics, and layouts for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the testing team to conduct electrical tests and evaluations, identify issues, and propose solutions for product improvement.

What you will bring to the team:

• 0-2 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. (Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory for an entry-level position).
