We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level WordPress Engineer. As a WordPress Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our clients' WordPress websites and ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and user experience. You will work closely with our team of experienced developers and designers to create innovative and customized solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, including compatibility, performance, and security problems.
• Install, configure, and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive designs and ensure a seamless user experience across different devices.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of WordPress projects or related work samples is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development.
• Proficient in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
