For Java/Software Programmers, we require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT. You should be highly motivated, a self-learner, and technically inquisitive, with experience in Java programming and an understanding of the software development life cycle. Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API's is also required.
For Data Science/Machine Learning positions, we require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT, as well as knowledge of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools. Preferred skills include NLP, Text mining, Tableau, and Time series analysis.
