Job Description
THE TEAM
The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia property and all of our people and clients. As the Senior Manager, Retail Risk, you will uphold risk prevention strategies and procedures and oversee the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss across Product, Financial, People, Information and Property Security within a designated district. THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Retail Risk, you will:
  • Preserve confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property through upholding our information protection standards
  • Ensure the security of our physical assets by effectively managing store security systems and facility protocols
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Minimize the loss of store merchandise through upholding theft deterrence strategies such a door guard management and inventory controls
  • Uphold our industry leading measures to protect our people, our clients, and our communities from illness and injury
  • Safeguard financial assets from loss through cash security protocols and fraud prevention programs
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager, Retail Risk has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in Retail Risk Management and loss prevention
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
