Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of hunting and closing IT consulting deals? Are you ready to take on a new challenge in the fast-paced world of technology and sales? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to join our team. This role offers partial remote work and an incredible opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the outsourcing and consulting sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Familiarity with major players in the outsourcing and consulting industries (e.g., TATA, PwC, EY, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, Wipro, KPMG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.).
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise consulting services sales.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven success in hunting and closing large outsourcing or consulting deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
