CCWD is seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Technician IIin our Engineering Department. This position will be located at our Administrative Building in Concord, CA. • Experienced in preparing, revising base maps, CAL grids and pipeline construction drawings.

What you will typically be responsible for:

• Performance and progress with Department goals and objectives.
• Preparing designs for meter installations, fire hydrants, fire services, water main installation and relocation, and other related water systems.
• Assisting in designing proposed pipelines for residential and commercial developments, extensions, and relocations to District standards.
• Reviewing and processing land use or service applications for conformity with established regulations.
• Assisting with GIS mapping, data entry and data analysis.
• Field & surveying investigations to verify conditions, measurements in assigned work area.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,905.00 - $118,000.00 per year
