Job Title: Program Coordinator

Role Overview:

• Location: Onsite in Greater Sacramento, California
• Hours: Part-time or Full Time (Depending on Experience)
• Type: Freelancer (with the potential for FTE considerations)
• Duration: 1 Year (3-month probationary period)

Role Summary:

TECHEDIFY is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Program Coordinator to ensure the seamless preparation and execution of our educational programs across multiple school sites. Our mission is to revolutionize tech education, and we're looking for an individual who shares our commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and innovation in the tech space.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the readiness and smooth operation of our programs, as well as maintaining strong relationships with on-site representatives at each school. Additionally, you will also actively engage with students as a facilitator, bringing your expertise and passion for education to the forefront. Responsibilities:

• Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during program delivery, proactively finding solutions.
• Act as a hands-on facilitator during program sessions, delivering engaging and informative content to students.
• Assist in the coordination of additional hours for program preparation, review, and training as needed.
• Provide regular feedback on program operations and document relevant data to support continuous improvement.
• Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure all programs are prepared for launch at various school sites, including logistical and resource coordination.
• Act as the point of contact for on-site representatives at each school, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure that program content is up-to-date and aligns with educational objectives.
• Collaborate with the program manager to ensure programs align with timelines and objectives.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a passion for technology.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for working with students and a strong drive to inspire and empower them.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and tools is a plus.
• Previous experience working in education or program coordination is advantageous.

Compensation:

• $20 - $40 an hour rate (commensurate with experience)
