As an Education Program Coordinator on our Talent Development team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Accountable for ensuring standard, successful and efficient implementation of assigned programs.
• Accountable for and supports system wide education programs and learning initiatives for staff, students and external customers.
• Independently responds to meet customer needs and requests for all internal and external constituents including staff, students, community members and faculty.
• Ensures documentation in the student placement and clearance system and other systems is up to date and accurate.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement to programs based on ongoing review.
• Validates student qualification, including required paperwork and clearance elements.
• Ensures implementation of programs is in compliance with federal, state and Joint Commission regulations as applicable.
• Coordinates logistics and organizes other aspects of system wide student placements and programs.

This is a benefitted Full Time, Day Shift position that is fully remote, however we are seeking candidates who reside in the San Diego region.
Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good critical thinking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.
• Good organizational and project support skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years related experience working in project and program coordination.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Compliance Management System data input experience.

Position Pay Range: 29.63-44.44/hour
