Job Description
Job TitleTraining and Education Coordinator (US – Remote)

As a Training and Education Coordinator you are building a training and education function capable of driving patient safety and quality through the clinical education of internal and external customers in a $3B global device business.
Your role:

  • Manage logistics end to end for all training and education events: including scheduling, staffing, transportation and accommodation, supporting materials and equipment/audio-visual support, facility arrangements, budget tracking, and contracts
  • Manage, document and track all invoicing & spend for education and training activities. Roll up monthly budget reconciliation. Includes management and tracking of spend on honorarium, facility use, content development and delivery etc.
  • Drive and execute protocol for all events by scheduling pre-event meetings with all stake holders, internal and external, be available and when appropriate present for all events for day of troubleshooting and flawless execution and driving after action reports to refine processes and understand how event could be improved.
  • Maintain all internal and external event calendars, rosters, communication to attendees, ensuring attendees event requirements are met
  • Define Process and protocol documents for pre-event planning, event execution, and post event engagement for all events.

  • You have exceptional and meticulous organization skills. This role requires flawless organization of multiple parallel processes, to ensure that education events are able to proceed due to the preparation and dedication to process that you will own

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Requires 30% travel
  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside anywhere in the United States.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively especially with Health Care Providers at all levels
  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in event planning preferably in a medical education Your skills include: CVENT, MD Office, Steep rock, Texting Tools, IQVIA, Sales Force; exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage several projects at once

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $70,000-$120,000, annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here
