Responsibilities
Inspire and teach weekly classes in drawing, painting, and mixed media for kids and teens, fostering their artistic growth and self-expression.
Track student progress and celebrate their achievements by documenting their success and showcasing their artwork.
Establish efficient art studio management systems that ensure each class runs smoothly and effectively.
Manage art supply orders, organization, and inventory, ensuring that each class has the necessary materials within budget.
Maintain our cutting-edge digital lab, equipped with the latest software, hardware, and educational tools.
Keep a close eye on expenses related to wages and art supplies, ensuring financial efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with students and parents, providing individualized attention and support.
Actively contribute to local marketing efforts, such as organizing events, forging school partnerships, and implementing outreach strategies.
Enhance the overall student experience and promptly address any issues or concerns that arise.
Collaborate with local organizations to exhibit student artwork and promote our brand.
Create captivating collaterals and graphics for events, website, and social media promotions.
Qualifications
Bring at least 2 years of experience teaching art classes to kids, teens, or adults.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art or Art Education from an accredited, four-year college or university.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, colleagues, and others.
