Job Overview


We are actively seeking a talented eCommerce-Client Success and Account Manager to join our remote team as an independent contractor. This position is open to candidates located in Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, or Missouri who are passionate about eCommerce and dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.


As the eCommerce-Client Success and Account Manager, you will have a crucial role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with our eCommerce clients. Your primary responsibility will be conducting weekly calls with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying potential sales opportunities for additional services. Collaboration with the Onda founder and talent team will be essential as you contribute to the growth of our developing company. Previous experience in eCommerce business and marketing is a must. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with e-commerce, love to be on calls and talk with clients, and use problem-solving skills to help identify areas where clients need additional resources.

Responsibilities


  • Identify and approach potential new companies or individuals as prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, study competition, and explore new ways to retain customers.
  • Research and develop potential client leads and lead sources.
  • Coordinate with the talent recruitment division to place talent with appropriate clients.
  • Provide necessary company information to inquiries.
  • Conduct weekly calls with clients to maintain relationships and identify sales opportunities for additional services.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and texts from referral sources and prospective clients.
  • Utilize sales processes, systems, and forms for effective sales performance and data tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with key employees within our client base.
  • Maintain a CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Attend virtual meetings related to sales pipeline, client satisfaction, and talent assignments.
  • Follow up and execute the sales process with leads generated from events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, talent resources, support staff) to address customer needs.
  • Provide frequent updates and reporting to owners.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales care and feedback management.
  • Understand and align with client targets and aims.
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to achieve them.


Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including CRM maintenance.
  • Experience building networks and relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to assess and understand client expectations, needs, and circumstances.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Zoom, Slack, Asana, Monday, and Google Suite.
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs, including customer satisfaction.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, able to work with little supervision.
  • Creative thinking for identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to build trust and establish positive relationships with others.
  • Customer/client-oriented attitude with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets
  • Comfortable managing multiple client meetings, projects, vendors, and deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse personalities and treating people with dignity, respect, fairness, and maturity.


Qualifications


  • Exemplary organizational, attention-to-detail, time-management, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude to accomplish tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience in the eCommerce marketing/advertising industry with a deep understanding of digital marketing.
  • Located in Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, or Missouri
  • Proven track record as an Account Manager.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, relationship, and account management experience.
  • Driven to grow business

  • Compensation is DOE and negotiable for the right candidate
  • Great potential for growth and bonuses.
  • $20-30/hour
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position
