Exciting opportunity to join the North American SALONORY eCommerce team as an Digital Marketing &eCommerce Associate. Responsibilities include:

YOUR ROLE

• Project management and coordination to support online marketing campaigns and the launch of new site functions and features
• Review and analyze data to optimize performance to help grow overall sales and profitability
• Recommend and implement changes that increase engagement, acquisition, retention and improve overall customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team members, which include social, email, or digital marketing to launch and manage programs
• Support the launch of innovative new programs, such as affiliate marketing and other social media efforts
• Work with data analytics team to oversee ecommerce analytics and reporting

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in beauty or personal care preferred
• Understanding of websites / ecommerce platforms  Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results oriented, and a creative thinker
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• High degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated marketing
• Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with a team and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing e-commerce / digital marketing / social media businesses
• High level of passion, initiative, & assertiveness
• Working experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SAP is an advantage but not required
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Analytical approach to identifying opportunities

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
